From the entrance, you have 4 steps into the Sun Room, here you have a kitchenette, a small area, with all the equipment needed to prepare light meals, you have a small fridge, small oven/grill, single ring induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, and all the dishes, pans, preparation tools, cutlery and serving crockery required. I provide tea coffee and milk so that you can relax on arrival.
From the Sun Room you access the shower room, which is bright and modern, you have a shower, toilet and small sink. I also provide shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper, with bath sheets and hand towels.
In the centre of the Sun Room, you have 4 steps up to the Bedroom, here you have a King Size double bed, large built in wardrobe, Sofa Bed, (for 1 extra person/child), coffee table, and a TV with access to several English channels. You have independent full high speed fibre WIFI. The view from the window is over our garden and out to sea.
From the rear of the Sun Room, you have a sliding door which leads onto a roof terrace, with chairs, small table, and an umbrella. You can enjoy the view to the sea and back up to the hills behind. This is a great place to photograph the sunsets.
